Our panties are designed to be worn all day long – just like regular underwear – but the answer depends on your flow. We usually recommend wearing for 5-8 hours. However, if you’ve opted for a lower absorbency style, you might need to refresh after a few hours or use an extra bit of added protection (like a tampon or menstrual cup).

We offer three silhouettes for all your cycle needs: 

• Bikini: absorbs up to 3 regular tampons
• High Waist: absorbs 4-5 regular tampons
• Boyshorts: absorbs up to 4-5 regular tampons 

While our Bikini style offers standard coverage, our High Waist and Boyshorts silhouette feature a gusset that extends to the back of the panty, guaranteeing all-day protection and coverage on even your heaviest days.
