How are subscription prices affected during promotional periods?
During promotional periods where subscription prices are lowered, the discounted price will apply to your first subscription order. After that, all auto-refill orders will revert to the usual 10% subscriber discount.

Are all Rael products made with clean ingredients?
Rael strives to use as many clean ingredients as possible, while ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety for your body and skin.
Are all Rael products vegan?
All Rael products are vegan with the exception of Collagen Sheet Masks which contain Hydrolyzed Collagen.
Are Rael products safe for all ages?
Yes! Rael period care, body care, and skin care products are safe for even the most sensitive skin.

How do I use Reusable Pads and Liners?
- For liners, place the liner in underwear, wrap snap closures around underwear and fasten snaps. Machine wash after each use.

How do I wash Reusable Pads and Liners?
To wash, simply include the pad or liner in your regular laundry cycle! First, soak and pre-rinse the period care. Then machine wash on cold. Finally, tumble dry on low and you're ready to go!
How do I wash Reusable Period Underwear?
For gently used period panties, simply toss them in with your regular laundry. For soaked period panties, pre-rinse in cold water and machine wash on cold with your regular laundry cycle. We recommend air-drying.
Do your Reusable Period Underwear contain PFAS?
Rael is committed to providing safe and effective holistic cycle care. For more information on our Reusable Period Underwear, PFAS, and 3rd party testing, please refer to our blog post here.
Are Rael skincare products safe to use when pregnant?
Rael products are safe to use while pregnant, however we recommend always checking with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Rael product packaging is recyclable. Rael Beauty plastic containers are recyclable, but the recycling availability of plastic containers is different across the states and is constantly changing.
Where are Rael products made?
Our products are designed by Rael in sunny California. The majority of Rael's line of products uses innovative manufacturing technology from South Korea to create high-performance products all women can rely on.
How are Rael period care products different than other conventional products?
We are proud to use responsibly sourced, certified organic cotton that is safely grown without harsh pesticides and synthetic chemicals in all of our disposable period care products. Because our period care products are made with clean ingredients without any irritating chemicals, women with all skin types and menstrual conditions can rely on Rael.
Are Rael Skin Essentials Discontinued?
Unfortunately our Skin Essentials line (including the Daily Detox Cleanser, Daily Zen Toner, Daily Restoration Cream, Glow Chemistry Serum, Moisture Melt Snowball, Refresh Button Cleansing Water, and Calm + Collected Moisture Mist) have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase on GetRael.com. However we do have other skincare options that are catered to your cycle needs and encourage you to check out the full collection for new favorites.
How Does Rael Beauty relate to the menstrual cycle?
Menstrual health doesn’t stop when your period does! Your skin has fluctuating needs throughout your hormonal cycle. The Miracle Clear skin care system uses clean ingredients to balance and calm your skin’s every need and reveal a Rael glow, no matter what phase you’re in.
How safe are Rael Beauty ingredients?
Rael Beauty products are free of Animal Derived Ingredients, Synthetic Fragrance, Artificial Dyes, Parabens, PEGs, Phenoxyethanol, Mineral Oil, Silicones, Sulfates, Phthalates.
Are Rael Beauty products gluten-free?
All of our skin care products are all gluten-free with the exception of the Collagen Sheet Masks.
How long do Rael Beauty products last?
This depends on how often you use the products, and how you apply the product. With daily use, Rael Beauty products last approximately 3-4 months.
Do Rael products expire?
Rael products do expire, to inquire about a specific product's expiration date please reach out to us at support@getrael.com. We recommend using products within 12 months of opening.
Do Rael supplements contain allergens?
PMS Cramp + Bloat Relief, Hormonal Balance, and Vaginal Probiotic supplements are vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free— there’s no soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, dairy, or nuts.
Can I take Rael supplements while pregnant or nursing?
We recommend checking with your physician before starting new supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
Are the Rael supplements 3rd party tested?
Yes – all of our supplements are clinically tested and have gone through rigorous 3rd party testing.
Are your supplements vegan/cruelty free?
Yes! Our supplements do not contain animal products, nor were they tested on animals.
Do I have to refrigerate Rael supplements?
Nope! All of our supplements are shelf stable. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can I add Rael supplements to my subscription?
Yes! All of our supplements can be added to a subscription at a frequency of every 1 or 3 months.
Do I need to take the Rael supplements with food?
All the supplements are safe to be taken with or without food.
Can I give the Rael supplements to my children/under 18?
The supplements are designed for adults 18+ or older, but we recommend speaking with your physician if you consider them for your child.
Where is the supplement formula produced?
Our supplements are made in the USA.
When should I start the PMS Cramp & Bloat supplements?
Listen to your body. For mild cramps and bloating that are unpredictable, take 2 capsules per day as needed at the first sign of symptoms. For severe cramps that regularly occur every cycle, begin proactively taking 2 capsules 4 days prior to your menstrual cycle and continue until day 3 of your cycle. Do not exceed taking 2 PMS Cramp & Bloat capsules for more than 7 consecutive days. Happy end of your period! You made it!
Is the PMS Cramp & Bloat Relief caffeine free?
Yes! There’s no caffeine in our PMS Cramp & Bloat Relief supplement. Instead, we use a bioavailable adaptogen blend to target pain and PMS symptoms.
Is the PMS Cramp & Bloat Relief drug-free?
Yes! Our PMS Cramp & Bloat Relief supplements are a way to find relief without NSAIDs. Instead, we use a clinically proven blend of bioavailable adaptogenic ingredients like Turmeric, Ginger, and Black Pepper to address pain management. B6 + Magnesium also play a key role in relaxing muscles to reduce bloat, cramps and irritability.
Does Hormone Balance help with PCOS?
Hormone Balance utilizes a clinically proven 40:1 ratio between Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol to help restore hormonal balance and manage insulin resistance, which can lead to the restoration of ovulation in women with PCOS. Additionally, the 40:1 ratio helps to reduce hormonal acne, mood swings, stress, irritability, and cravings. It also contains Folic Acid, which is a vital nutrient for hormone balance and fertility.
As always, we recommend speaking with your physician before starting any new supplement routine.
Can I take Hormone Balance alongside birth control?
All of the ingredients in our Hormone Balance are generally recognized as safe to pair with birth control according to the FDA. That said, we believe it is best to consult your doctor before adding a new supplement to your routine. They are best to guide you on whether or not certain ingredients will interfere with your medication.
What does the Hormone Balance formula taste like?
The Hormonal Balance is unflavored, so you can easily incorporate it into your daily routine.
Can I take Hormone Balance during menopause?
Hormone balance can be taken during menopause, but we recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any supplement program.
How should I take the Vaginal Health Probiotics?
Vaginal Health Probiotics are to be taken orally — one capsule daily with water. Our vegan capsules are designed to protect from stomach acid to aid in overall effectiveness.
Are there any side effects from the Vaginal Health Probiotic?
No side effects! Probiotics are beneficial and will naturally support your vaginal microbiome and gut.
Can I take the Vaginal Health Probiotic for gut health as well?
Yes! This daily probiotic helps promote a healthy microbiome environment for both reproductive health and the gut for a balanced mix of beneficial bacteria. Think of it as a 2-in-1 probiotic that covers it all.
Do the Vaginal Health Probiotics expire?
Yes, they have a shelf life of 18 months and the expiration date will be found on the bottle.
Will the Vaginal Health Probiotic help treat urinary tract infections (UTI), bacterial vaginosis (BV), or yeast infections?
Our Vaginal Health Probiotics significantly improve both vaginal and digestive health issues such as vaginal odor, itchiness and discharge. It also helps with acid reflux and constipation— all based on a 4 week clinical study including 37 participants with self-reported BV and IBS symptoms.
Is the Rael Himalayan Pink Salt Toothpaste Discontinued?
Unfortunately our Himalayan Pink Salt Toothpaste is discontinued and no longer available on GetRael.com. Limited quantities are still available for purchase on our Amazon store.

Why should I subscribe to Rael?
Our subscription option makes life easier. Get your favorite Rael products delivered automatically, save 10% on every shipment, and customize your plan to fit your routine.
How can I subscribe to Rael?
It’s easy: Just select “Subscribe & Save” on any product page and choose your preferred delivery cadence—every 1 or 3 months. You’ll receive 10% off each shipment, and you can skip or cancel anytime from your account.

How can I access my subscription?
After you’ve subscribed, you can access your subscription by simply logging into your account, scroll down and beneath order history you’ll find your active and inactive subscriptions.
You’ll be able to: add or remove products, update product quantities, change delivery dates or frequencies, skip upcoming shipments, and cancel at any time.
Why did my subscription arrive in separate packages?
If you subscribed to different products at different times or with different delivery cadences, they’ll ship separately and may incur individual shipping fees. To consolidate shipments, go to your account, find an active subscription, and select “Add product”.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically after I sign up?
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew every 1 or 3 months based on your original selection, starting from the date of your first purchase. You can modify your delivery schedule anytime from your account.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
You can update your subscription at any time by visiting your account. Just make sure any changes are made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
If changes are made within 24 hours of your next billing cycle and your order processes with incorrect information, we’re unable to cancel the order or update the shipping address. If needed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly once tracking is available.
When do I need to make changes to meet my next subscription deadline?
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure they apply to your upcoming shipment.
If your order has already been processed, we’re unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order. Please contact the carrier directly to update delivery details.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Can I pause my subscription?
While we don’t currently offer a pause option, you can skip upcoming shipments or cancel your subscription at any time.
Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Due to the fulfillment process at our warehouse, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Can I edit my order or change my shipping address after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications, including changes to the shipping address. If you need to update your delivery details, we recommend reaching out to the carrier once you receive tracking information.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I track my package?
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within 24-48 hours.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days after they ship. However, if shipping delays occur, we kindly ask that you wait up to 8 business days from the last tracking update before reaching out for assistance.
What if I don’t receive my order?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your package! If Route+ package protection was purchased, please file a claim by going to claims.route.com.
If you opted out of Route+ package protection, please contact us within 30 business days of your order date for a replacement. Rael is not responsible for any replacements outside of the 30 business day timeframe.
What if I’m not satisfied with my products?
We're so sorry your products didn’t work out. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your products please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
What is Route+ Green Package Protection?
Route+ Package Protection is a low cost, optional add-on for any Rael orders, with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages. When you purchase Route+ at checkout, you can easilyfile claimsfor lost, stolen or damaged packages. Route will either reorder your product for you or will refund the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and shipping. Every time you add Green Package Protection to your order, Route donates to support an agroforestry initiative that removes CO₂ from the air and promotes a flourishing ecosystem. You can deselect Route+ at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $60. All orders under $60 are charged $7.99 for shipping, East Coast states are charged $9.99 for shipping, orders of 3lb and up are charged a shipping fee of $9.99, and Pacific Islands are charged $15 for shipping.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For faster delivery options, please visit our Amazon Store for 2-day prime shipping.

When will an out of stock product be available again?

Do you have discount codes that I can use on my order?
We offer exclusive offers for our email subscribers. Please sign up to enjoy deals on your favorite Rael products. Offers or discount codes cannot be combined.
Can someone place an order for me?
We’re unable to place orders on behalf of customers. All orders must be completed directly through our website.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange a product I purchased through a retail store?
We are unable to process returns for items purchased through our retail partners. Please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policies.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
We do not offer refunds or returns for subscription orders that were not canceled prior to fulfillment.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
Which forms of payment are acceptable?
Rael accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For one-time purchases (not available for subscription orders at this time), we also offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Afterpay. Currently, we can only accept one form of payment per order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically process on the same day each month, or according to your settings (1 or 3 months). You may skip or cancel your subscription at any time, however we cannot allow cancellations when an order has been placed, is being processed, or is in transit. If you have any questions, please contact us.
When will my credit card be charged for my subscription?
We’ll charge your card on the day of your subscription renewal.
How do you keep my personal information secure?
Personal information is always kept safe and will never be shared with anyone. We only use personal information to provide the best care and service possible.
Afterpay
What is Installments with Afterpay?
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
At this time, we only allow Afterpay as a payment method for one-time orders, excluding subscription orders.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

The Synced Up Club is our customer loyalty program. It’s free to join, and we’ll reward you with points every time you shop with us!
How do I earn points?
There are so many ways for you to earn points, including shopping our products and engaging with us! Just check the Ways to Earn Points section above. You can also earn $10 in points for every friend you refer.
What if I already have an account?
If you already have an account with us, great news! You’ve been automatically enrolled and can log in and click on the rewards tab to see how many points you have.
If you don’t have an account, no worries! It’s easy to sign up, and you can start earning points today. Just make sure you create an account with the email you usually purchase your Rael products with.
How do I check how many points I have?
You can check your points balance at any time—just make sure you’re logged in to your account. Then visit our rewards page and you’ll see your points balance.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for dollar-off discounts! Just check the Redeem Points section. After choosing your reward, simply copy and paste the discount code at checkout to redeem it.
Can I redeem multiple rewards on a single order?
Unfortunately, discount codes are not able to be stacked at checkout. You can only redeem one discount per purchase.
During certain sitewide sales and promotions, Synced Up Club rewards are excluded and cannot be redeemed.
Can I use my points on an upcoming subscription order?
Yes! Certain dollar-off discounts are able to be redeemed on subscription orders, unless the reward specifically states “not eligible on active subscriptions”. For more info on how to add a discount to your subscription order, check out the FAQs on our Subscribe & Save page.
What if I just placed an order/signed up/engaged on social media, but I don’t see the points added to my account?
Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply the points to your account. However, if you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please be sure to reach out to us with your order number.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your Synced Up Club points will expire after 1 year of inactivity, but we’ll send you a reminder email so you don’t forget to use them!
