You can wear your menstrual cup for up to 12 hours! For best results, we recommend rinsing it with a mild soap and water between uses and sanitizing it with boiling water after each cycle.

With proper care, your menstrual cup can last you up to 10 years! 

To keep your cup and case clean, we recommend rinsing both items with water and a mild, fragrance-free soap between uses. When your cycle is finished, you can sanitize your cup by boiling it for one to two minutes.
